Carrion: a full post-mortem

The promised deep dive (get it?) into Carrion — the heuristics for discovering feeds, the normalizers for YouTube/GitHub/Fediverse, the archive.org denormalization, and the journey from Python script to 16-tab async TUI to a BEAM app that had to be ported to scale.
